ORDER INFORMATION
Orders can be placed by e-mail to me directly. Debit or credit card #'s can be taken over the phone. Those that want to pay by Paypal can do so by sending payment to macrojon (at) ipa (.)net. Please do not send credit card #'s over the internet unless using paypal. It is best to call them in at (417) 736-9114 day or evening 7 days a week. I also welcome and prefer phone in orders as any questions can be quickly answered or cleared up at that time.

Small parcels are shipped via UPS air services and are delivered to your door. If it is not too hot most shipments do fine using 2nd day service. However in the Summer shipments need to arrive before noon and the heat of the day. In these cases the Next Day Air service is required which provides morning delivery. Larger shipments can be shipped more efficiently by airline. I can provide details upon sale.
Occasionally UPS does screw things up and I do assume responsibility and liability for casualties whether it be lost altogether or a victim of the heat or cold. UPS is efficient and although problems are rare they do occur. Do not get angry with drivers or operators. It doesn't help.
Live arrival is guaranteed of course. Report any problems should any occur. There are no box or handling charges. Please consult me to see if 2nd day shipping is appropriate for you.

The turtles are packed in moist sphagnum moss and placed in small plastic berry containers. They ship quite well and are much tougher than one might imagine. I use heat packs when cold and morning delivery when temps exceed 90 degrees.
